Third Eye Chakra

The Third Eye Chakra is the sixth chakra and represents intuition and the right to “see.”  The third eye chakra is located by the forehead. The third eye chakra deals with trusting one’s intuition, insights, developing one’s psychic abilities and self-realization.  The color of the third eye chakra is indigo.    

There are plenty of ways that you can stimulate the third eye chakra in your body.  Here are a few examples: Star gazing. Mediation Indigo food & drink. Indigo gemstones and indigo clothing. Using indigo oils such as patchouli or frankincense essential oils.
