Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is the highest chakra and represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. The crown chakra is located at the very top of the head. The crown chakra effects our Inner and outer beauty, and our connection to spirituality and pure bliss.  The color of the crown chakra is violet.  The crown chakra connects you to the universe and spiritual world.  It connects you to an unlimited source of energy, love, hustle and more.  It really helps you connect to energy that can fuel you on your journey. 

There are plenty of ways that you can stimulate the crown chakra in your body.  Here are a few examples: Focusing on your dreams, daily writing down your goals, visions and ideas.  You can also use violet food's, drinks, gemstones and violet clothing to help stimulate the crown chakra. Using violet oils such as lavender or jasmine essential oils can also help stimulate the crown chakra energy center.
